We’re recruiting for an Apprentice Digital Application Support Administrator to support our day-to-day operations at GTG.

Full time: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm (30-minute lunch)

About the role
Working within the funding team at GTG, you will become an expert in the use of various systems we use to carry out the day-to-day operations within GTG, while providing wider support to the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital systems and is ready to kick-start their career and earn while they learn.
Day-to-day operations
- Assist with the maintenance of the GTG SharePoint site.
- Support the use of the digital systems available within GTG.
- Develop support guides for the systems that we use.
- Assist with the administration of our SDS funding contract.
- Assist with registrations and certification with awarding bodies.
Essential skills and experience
- A high level of accuracy and the ability to multi-task
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to work under own initiative
Nice to have but not essential
- Familiar with the use of Office 365
