About the role

Data Processor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Data Processor to join our team in Milton Keynes.

Hours

Full time: 39 hours per week

About the role

In this apprenticeship you will learn to facilitate the extraction and compilation of data for relevant recipients. You will ensure all reporting is completed to an agreed schedule and liaise with customers to understand their reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring an enthusiastic and can-do attitude to the role and will be able to effectively work on their own and in a team. They will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to develop internal and external relationships to ensure that we are providing a first-class service to our customers.

Day-to-day duties

  • Gain a full understanding of the client’s requirements.
  • Ensure that all data extraction is completed in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Tailored MI as set up for individual customers.
  • Produce a standard suite of reports on request.
  • Update and amend relevant formulas and pivot tables in Excel spreadsheets for other departments.
  • Understand the relevant data needed for specific reports.

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, delivering a systematic, controlled approach with keen attention to detail

  • Good interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills, both internally and externally, at all levels
  • Ability to focus and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Computer-literate to intermediate level on all Microsoft packages with intermediate experience in Excel
  • Good mathematical skills
